This is the result after we stripped back the old felt and found that the beams had also gone and in need of replacing.

We completely stripped the hole roof, new beams where needed and new osb boards followed by new felt to the requirements of the customer.

This is how the roof unfortunately looks on top so we recommended the customer that he will need a new roof.

These 2 pictures you will see were some builders as we say did not correctly deal with the requirements of the customer.

The next 4 pictures you will see the end result of our fitters hard work in installing a new felt roof.

While our fitters were installing the new roof we had an enquiry of a neighbour who might I add is now booked in plus a customer litteraly round the corner, all 3roofs to be installed with a new felt roof.
